Your RSWA unit should have come with the Array Explorer software already installed. In most cases, there is nothing to do here.
Upgrading the RSWA Version
On the Tessonics website, we will post the updated versions of our software. If you would like to upgrade your RSWA F2 device to use it, be sure to visit the Tessonics Downloads page and click “Download F2 Platinum Software” to download the most up-to-date version of the RSWA software. Then, save the downloaded file to a USB flash drive and plug it into your RSWA F2 unit.
On the F2 unit, make sure you’re signed in as an administrator account (the default administrator account
has the username admin
and the password spotweld
). Then go to Settings
, then File Browser
, and under
Devices with Removeable Storage
, select your USB flash drive. Select the previously downloaded file
and hit “Execute”. If there are any warnings that pop up, select “yes”, and the installer will walk you through the rest of the installation.
After this, restart the F2 unit and the newest software update should be installed.
Upgrading RSWA F1 Unit from V3 to V4
Note: Depending on how old your RSWA F1 unit is, you may not be able to upgrade it from the older V3 software to the newer V4.
The instructions for doing this are exactly the same as above for upgrading from V3 to V4. Try performing the above upgrade to see if your F1 unit supports the newer software.
